Sundogs in the Yukon

I live in Faro, Yukon, Canada, and I just thought you should see this. 

On December 24^th, from the moment the sun rose (10:11 a.m.) to when it set (3:50 p.m.), two huge sundogs appeared.  I’ve never seen sundogs appearing ALL DAY!  It was absolutely spectacular and impressive. 

The pictures don’t really do it justice, but it was truly an amazing event.
