Flash Mob! A Message to the Superior Court of Los Angeles -- STAND DOWN
April 11th, 2013

An example of the email I personally sent to Mr. Bianco can be found at the bottom of this post. Feel free to copy and paste it to use as your own.

~Brian

A friend of mine, Angelina Carleton, is having some issues with the Los Angeles County  Sheriff's Dept.

This is a call to action to help support Angelina by calling the office directly to request she be left alone. All the contact information is below. As in the concept of a Courtesy Notice, this act should also be done with courtesy and respect. We will have a much greater impact if we remain poised and professional.

Here is a brief recount of Angelina's story which she just sent me on Skype:

"I received a traffic ticket for allegedly dis-obeying a bus sign in the City of Inglewood - all of my pleadings were rejected as "legal nullity" and the Commissioner required I pay bail monies upfront in order for the court to provide a trial traffic date. I did not post bail monies as of April 2 for an October 2011 ticket."

"The CN was filed twice in person with the traffic clerk at the Inglewood Courthouse and rejected twice from the Chambers of Nicole C. Bershon. I also filed the Foreclosure Flyer. I dropped off a CN in person  at the Sheriff's office with the front receptionist."

"As of 11:00am this morning, a colleague called to give me a heads up that a member of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is asking questions.

Please help Angelina put an end to the harassment. What they do to one, they do to all. When making the call, this is all that needs to be said. If you prefer to use your own approach, that is OK too:

"I'm calling to report a complaint against D. Brett Bianco. Mr. Bianco and the entire Superior Court of Los Angeles are in direct violation of international law and acting on behalf of a foreclosed entity. I'm requesting that all harassing calls to Angelina Carleton, or any of her associates, made by anyone at your office stop now."

This document can also be emailed or faxed into their office. It is the Foreclosure Flyer which the Los Angeles Superior Court officially received and filed, on behalf of Angelina, on April 2nd, 2013.

When we work together and support each other a peaceful end to all fraud and corruption WILL BE achieved.

Mr. Bianco --
I'm writing to report a complaint against your office. Your staff and the entire Superior Court of Los Angeles are in direct violation of international law and acting on behalf of a foreclosed entity. I'm requesting that all harassing calls to Angelina Carleton, or any of her associates, made by anyone at your office stop now.
Please review the attachment for verification of this claim (I attached the Foreclosure Flyer which can be downloaded at www.oppt-in.com). You may not be aware of these developments, as they have yet to hit mainstream media, due to the control of the press. This may be a great opportunity for you to educate yourself on how legitimate this information is. UCC-1 filings may be found on the UCC registry to confirm the factual nature of what I present to you here.
I encourage you to be an honest and transparent representative of "the people," and do the right thing.
